Our Beginnings
Founded as home and community consulting firm assisting homecare and community support organizations with training, quality assurance in delivery the highest possible care to seniors and individuals with disabilities that affect their ability to maintain functional skills.

Continuous Growth
Added the provision of Medicare Certified Home Health services; providing skilled nursing services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, home health aides, and medical social work services.

Raising the Standards
Obtained CHAP accreditation, achieving one of the highest standards in the delivery of Home Health Services.
– February 23, 2014
Restructuring
In 2018, the Agency restructured its programs and services to focus on non-medical care, community support services for mental health and developmental disabilities.
