Mobility Solutions

Mobility issues significantly affect access to care by preventing individuals from getting to their appointments, pharmacies and other specialized care centers. This results in missed appointments, delayed treatment, especially for the underserved, and individuals with chronic conditions. The barriers are numerous, but at Compassion N Care, we understand that improving one or two key determinants makes all the difference. Our effort is to help our members find providers within reasonable distances, and by providing reliable and accessible transport to help improve health outcomes. Through our integrated care model, our care managers can help you to navigate the challenges of accessing care and assist you with transport options to get to your destination.
