Various factors and conditions can determine a person to need for supportive care at home. Such factors affect the individual’s functional capacity, which requires them to require assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing and grooming, dressing, functional transfers, meal preparation and feeding, safe restroom use and maintaining continence, ambulation, and memory care.

Yet, some individuals need help with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) e.g., ability to use the phone, help with laundry, shopping and errands, transportation, medication management, housekeeping activities and management with finances.

Compassion N Care provides various home and community care solutions to promote independence and wellbeing among the individuals we serve. To achieve this goal, we recruit and train professionals who are equipped to provide person-centered care to persons we serve.
